Original Paintings
• Estimated delivery: 5–30 days, depending on artwork size and location

Prints
• Estimated delivery: 5–30 days, depending on the printing company
• Printed on premium 260gsm poster paper
• High‑quality inks ensure long‑lasting, vibrant colour
Greeting Cards
• Estimated delivery: around 5 days from the moment the order is placed
Commissions
• I accept a limited number of commissioned pieces.
My work is intuitive and emotion‑driven, so when you commission a painting, you are inviting my vision into your idea. You may share themes, colours, or feelings, but the final artwork will be created in my own style and interpretation.
-Deposit
A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to begin the work.
-Process
Once the painting process begins, no revisions are possible. Small adjustments may be discussed during the initial concept stage.
-Completion
The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before delivery.
-Cancellations
If you choose to cancel the commission at any stage, the deposit remains non‑refundable.
-If the artwork is not what you expected
You may choose not to purchase the final piece, but the deposit will not be refunded. The artwork will remain with me and may be sold at a later time.
International Orders

Refunds
A refund will be issued if the artwork is lost or damaged during delivery.
Non‑Refundable Situations

• Abstract details you may interpret differently
• Any dissatisfaction unrelated to damage
Colour Accuracy
Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
Original paintings are delicate and may be harmed during return shipping, so protecting their integrity is my priority.
Exchanges
If an exchange feels more suitable, I am open to discussing that option.
Packaging
• All parcels are packed securely to protect your artwork
• Prints are sealed in a protective cellophane sleeve
I aim to use recyclable or reusable materials whenever possible, keeping the process gentle on the environment.
