“Paint What You Feel” began as a small project with a simple purpose: not only to learn new skills or spend time among fellow artists, but to explore the deeper act of letting yourself go — allowing your mind to wander, and your soul to express the words it never managed to speak, through colour and form.

I am grateful for the chance to witness this process, to hold space for moments of release, and perhaps even to be part of healing old soul‑wounds… or at least letting them breathe and bleed safely onto a canvas.

My workshops are intimate, nature‑rooted painting sessions where we slow down, breathe, and explore colour, symbolism, and intuitive expression.

You don’t need experience, only curiosity and a willingness to play with paint.

You leave with your own finished painting and a renewed sense of creativity

These sessions are relaxed, warm, and personal; more like a shared ritual than a formal class.
